I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to locate your account if you provide them with your Gamertag, Microsoft Email or a debit card / bank card that was associated
to your account. Once the agent finds your account, they will send you a code through email or phone number. If you can provide the agent with that code they will be able to tell you what your Microsoft email is.

el juego esta en la cuenta a la que lo metiste si metes otra cuenta no estara ahi.

si te comunicas a soporte ellos no te ayudaran ya que no te daran informacion aunque les des contraseña o gt.

hay una pag para verificar tu cuenta si se te olvido pero la verdad no recuerdo pero buedes buscarla en youtube
