Hola buenas, tengo un problema con el servicio de xbox live gold, la suscripcion esta caducada desde el dia 20 , y hoy dia 21 fui a cromprar gold de un mes ( meti una tarjeta de prepago de 10€) al ir a comprarlo me dijo que hubo una especie de error, al
darle a solucionar me llevo al apartado de suscripciones en configuracion , una vez ahi no me dejo renovar la suscripcion con mi saldo de 10€ posteriormente metido en la cuenta .

Agradeceria mucho una ayuda para solucionar el problema.

understand this is frustrating since it is not allowing you to purchase or redeem the code for Xbox Live Gold. Normally that is when there is a past due balance for a Subscription, network connection issues or a glitch with the account. When your Xbox subscription
is suspended due to a past
due balance, you must pay the balance in full to continue using it.

I recommend to
contact Customer Support to
help troubleshoot the subscription. Unfortunately, here in forums, we do not have the appropriate tools to help assist further with any billing or subscription issues.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
A new window will pop up
Type in contact Support - you will receive different options, such as:
- Message with an Xbox Gamer
- Call me back
- Ask the Community
