No puedo invitar a grupos de chat ni buscarlos [I can't invite chat groups or look for them]

cuando le doy a buscar grupo de voz me pone que se me ha castigado por mi comportamiento, cual? no tener gold desde hace mas de un año, no jugar regularmente desde hace dos años? de verdad este sistema de reportes es vergonzoso, junto 5 o 6 cuentas denuncio
a lo loco, y a fastidiarle el dia a un pobre chaval. Espero que lo arregleis y pronto, ya me comi 15 dias de suspension de cuenta por usar trampas falsamente sin poder demostrar nada ni poder reclamar ni verficar ni obtener ninguna informacion al respecto
y vete a saber si seria por alguna de estas partidas hackeadas que te encuentras en los call of duty... pero jamas me dieron la oportunidad de decirme nada y amarraron bien su dinero... quitandome el gold que habia pagado, ni siquiera devolviendome mas tarde
esos 15 dias. Que pueda reportar informar y dar mala reputacion agente con la que ni he jugado no tengo en amigos y nisiquera he estado en ningun chat de voz con ellos, me parece vergonzoso, y la mejor herramienta para los niños rata.

No me permite entrar a partidas de mis amigos ni tampoco me permite invitar a jugar a mis amigos

Gracias por responder, he conectado los audífonos, y al entrar a los settings>audio, todo me aparece como activado, ninguna opción esta en MUTE.

En pantalla de settings voy a la opción CHAT DE VOZ donde me salen las siguientes opciones:

CHAT DE VOZ>Activado
MÉTODO DE CHAT DE VOZ>Micrófono activo
CANAL DE VOZ>Grupo
NOTIFICACIONES DE CHAT DE VOZ>Activo

La verdad no se que mas puedo hacer, ya que no logro conseguir contactar con el personal de atención al cliente de Xbox.

Like when someone confirms me it doesn't invite me to a group chat which is what I want but when I do it invites someone to a chat which I don't want I dont know if i can just confirm them without a group chat
