No puedo instalar Apps [I can't install Apps]

Thanks for keeping in touch. As recommended by our Ambassador, you can try to update your console manually, especially since you've already tried a reset of the console and that didn't work out.

The steps to performing an offline system update can be found with step-by-step instruction in our Xbox One System Update Solution. You'll need
a flashdrive with at minimum 4Gb and access to a Windows 10 PC to perform this. It is definitely worth a try!

Please give us the results afterward as I'm sure that we would all like to know if you've been able to get those apps downloaded.

También ya lo intenté Desconectando el cable de red y hasta apagando mi Módem pero el problema persiste. No se si vaya haber otra actualización que repare éste problema. La verdad no quiero borrar mis juegos y avances que he hecho

Thanks for responding and giving us the update with the current APP issue that you're dealing with.

Since the issue is APP related, I suggest to try troubleshooting the console operating system again by performing a soft factory reset (again) but

this time DO NOT keep the games and
apps.

Please take a look at the following troubleshooting article:

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One.

(DO NOT KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS)

By not keeping the games and apps this time, whatever glitch is causing the problem should be wiped out allowing you to redownload all the

apps fresh without issues.

Ya intenté reiniciar el modo fábrica como lo mencionaron anteriormente y no funciona.

Sigo sin poder instalar apps. Estoy un poco desepcionado de xbox ojalá pudieran arreglar ese tema.
