No puedo instalar Apps[I can not install Apps]

Hi Genesis,

We
will be locking this thread, however, if the console is not installing any apps then I would recommend trying
a Soft
Factory Reset where you keep the games and apps or even a full factory reset. The full factory reset would remove everything. That is because this seems more like a software issue and not necessarily a hardware issue. I could be wrong
though.

Note: It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.



To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Thanks for keeping in touch. As recommended by our Ambassador, you can try to update your console manually, especially since you've already tried a reset of the console and that didn't work out.

The steps to performing an offline system update can be found with step-by-step instruction in our Xbox One System Update Solution. You'll need
a flashdrive with at minimum 4Gb and access to a Windows 10 PC to perform this. It is definitely worth a try!

Please give us the results afterward as I'm sure that we would all like to know if you've been able to get those apps downloaded.

También ya lo intenté Desconectando el cable de red y hasta apagando mi Módem pero el problema persiste. No se si vaya haber otra actualización que repare éste problema. La verdad no quiero borrar mis juegos y avances que he hecho
