Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to sign into your account.

I would first recommend using a
power cycleon your console. If you are still unable to sign into your account upon restart, I would encourage you to

remove your account and then restart your console by holding the Xbox button on
the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.

Once you are on your Home screen once more, add your account and which should sign you in immediately.
