No puedo descargar "Earthworm Jim HD" en mi consola XBOX360 [Translation - I can not...

Earthworm Jim HD that we have, the game is not currently available in the Marketplace and was removed for purchase/download from Xbox Live in February 2018. We are unsure when or if this game will be made available again for download if you own the digital
license.

Unfortunately that title it not available for download anymore. It says this on the Xbox store for the game: "Earthworm Jim HD is currently not available."

Either there's a temporary issue, a regional lock issue or the game was pulled off the store.

Please contact xbox support about this and see where the problem is:

1. Go to
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

2. Click "Games"

3. Click "See Other Options"

4. Click "Errors"

5. Click "Show contact options"

6. Click "Chat with Xbox Support" or "Request Callback"

If you can't get it back through Settings > Account > Download history and xbox support can't help you get it, I would ask for a refund if you bought it recently:

Thanks for the link, I have now tried each of the listed methods. When looking at previous downloads, I can find Earthworm Jim HD, but I get an error code: 800700E8 . This is despite all the other services working fine.

When I use Purchase History (a link from the support page you cited) on a browser, I cannot find Earthworm Jim HD.

When searching the store on a browser, I can find Earthworm Jim, it says "You own this game." but it says I don't have an applicable device. This is despite my Xbox 360 being listed as "Xbox 360 Super Elite Console".

If I look at my Microsoft Account I can see Earthworm Jim HD in my Order History. There is no link for downloading it there, though.
