He intentado canjear codigos tanto por web como por la consola y me da error, en concreto sale:

¿Es por los problemas de hoy con el live? ¿o es por alguna otra razón?
Son varios códigos y todos me dan el mismo problema.

Thanks for reaching out to us in regards to this. I would like to clarify a few things, what exactly happens when you've tried to redeem the code? Like can you give us the exact error message you're getting? Also, this code did you end up receiving it via
email or is it a printed code?

Also, I see that you've mentioned that it says that you can't do it in regards to the region. When you purchased the game where you by any chance elsewhere or at any point did you try to change your region settings?

If you’re prevented from changing the country/region for your Xbox, it may be for one of the reasons below:

You changed country/regions within the last three months.
Your account is currently suspended (for example, the credit card on one of your subscriptions has expired).
You are a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current country/region and will not be a minor in the region you’re moving to.
You are not a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current country/region but will be considered a minor in the country/region you’re moving to.
You have a balance due on your Xbox subscription.

In that case, you will need to get in touch with our live support to check the validity of the code from their end. They will be able to help!

You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".
