    No puedo agregar una cuenta a mi Xbox -[Translation - I can't add an account to my Xbox]

    Tengo problemas para agregar una cuenta nueva ya que marca que el servicio de Microsoft tardo demasiado en iniciar, sin embargo no marca que haya problemas en los servicios de xbox, de hecho pone que todos los servicios están disponibles, ya cambie varias
    veces de señal Wi-Fi pero aunque la señal este abierta me sigue marcando el mismo problema.

    Bueno, yo tengo un problema de que no puedo agregar mi cuenta en mi Xbox me aparece el error (0x80a40019) ya chque todo y reinicie la consola dejando el bonton por 10s y aun no puedo ponerla

    Yo tenia 2 cuentas vinculadas y hacia unos meses que no encendia la consola y hoy solo dejaba entrar con 1 cuenta y he decidido resetear la consola y ahora me ocurre lo mismo. No deja agregar cuenta, se queda pensando y vuelve a la pantalla de agregar
    cuenta en mi xbox one s. Sin agregar cuenta no puedo jugar ni hacer nada y en la web de xbox pone que los servidores estan bien. Por favor una solucion. No tiene sentido tener una videoconsola y no poder usarla por no poder iniciar sesion.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your console is taking too long to load the screen that is used to add a profile. Are you using the Xbox 360 or the Xbox One? If you are using the Xbox One, we recommend

    power cycling the console     by holding down the power button on the console. Do you get an error message or error code when you test the network and multiplayer connections in

    the network settings    ? Be sure to let us know the results!
