No puedo agregar amigos en xbox live.

Entro al perfil de una persona le pongo en agregar amigo, pero no me deja, me dice que tengo que cambiar los ajustes de privacidad,pero ya los cambie, vuelvo a intentar a agregar amigos, y nada. Ya no se que mas pueda hacer, ayuda :,c

Tengo un problema con mi cuenta de xbox live, quiero agregar nuevos amigos y no puedo ya que requiero la contraseña del correo que puse como "mi padre", al introducir la contraseña dice: la cuenta Microsoft o la contraseña no fucionan, por tal motivo no
puedo agregar nuevos amigos... pido ayuda
