The error you are receiving is a bit of a misdirection. It's specifically for the new message system, not for your Xbox account. You will want to do a
reputation check with your Microsoft Account to ensure that everything is all set. With that link, you will ask you for a phone number, then send you a text message with a code in it. Place
that code on the website where it asks you, and it will redirect you to your account page. After that, try sending a message again. Let us know how that works! We will want to dig further into this if you are still having issues after that.

Tal cual no hay una manera de ser invisible para la comunidad pero lo que si puedes hacer es cambiar la privacidad de la cuenta de tu hijo.

Puedes ir a a condición de privacidad y desde ahí elegir quien puede ponerse en contacto con el, quien puede agregarlo, mandarle mensajes.

tristemente esto no evitara el bullying pero es una manera de comenzar a cuidarse.

Otra accion que puedes hacer es que las personas que lo agredan tienes la posibilidad de reportar sus mensajes, audios y su comportamiento.

Cuando intenta enviar un mensaje a uno o más destinatarios desde una aplicación en Xbox Live, aparece el error
"El mensaje no se puede enviar".

Nota Después de recibir este error, no podrá enviar mensajes durante un período de 24 horas.
