    I'm trying to add a new credit card to my account to buy another game, however it asks for state/province but there are no provinces in the list. Is there a fix for this..?

    Can anyone please explain to me why Irish post codes are not recognised in billing and payments.

    Ireland doesn't even feature in the state or province section.

    Why in 2014 do I have to enter an English post code to play XBox Live in Ireland.I mean who designed this joke of a payment system?

    I have been trying to fill out my payment options on XBOX ONE and when I get to, enter state/province there is no option for province. My profile shows that my location is Canada so I don't know what is going on. Any ideas? Thanks.

    That would be the issue

    You need a Saudi Arabia billing info not a us info

    The console setting is independent of xbox.con website

    It's only whe. You are trying to access xbox 360 content that the account region comes into play because you are trying to access us content not intended for your region

    Thank you for the solution... I was going crazy. Billing and account were setup correctly but the page was set to US.
