    No Province option to sign up to Gold in Canada


    Trying to add a second account but when I try to get the month trial or even pay for Gold there is no option for a province and I'm in Canada. This means I cannot enter credit card information. I have tried several methods, on the xbox itself and here on
    the live site, same thing only States are selectable.

    Can't pick a Province when adding a credit card to sign up for XBL trial

    Hi - I'm trying to sign up for a free month of Xbox Live. The option is available on the Xbox site, but when I go to add a credit card, the "State/Province" option only lists states in the US, despite the fact that I live in Canada and have a Canadian account
    (I checked online and on the console, it's set to Canada).

    I'd like to sign up for the trial, but I can't thanks to this problem - has anyone had a solution? I tried loading the site in Edge, but no luck there either - same issue.

    Can't change billing country/region

    As in heather, I can not seem to be able to change country/region while setting up billing info for xbox 360 on xbox one. I need to do it in order to download free games coming with gold membership. There is no drop down menu for this option and it's stuck
    in United states but I live in Canada so I also can't change province. Billing info for gold on xbox one is fine, consol is set up for Canada. Any thoughts?

    Anyone know? I also made sure my Locale is set to Canada, but that makes no difference.

    Your locale doesn't affect the region of your account

    Please check commerc.Microsoft.com to confirm if your region is us or Canada

    If us you will have to migrate your account after 3monthd

    Here's a pretty simple guide on how to migrate the region of your account if it comes down to it! and they're right, you need to make sure your account is set to the region you're in in order to select the correct area you live in, other wise Prepaid codes
    won't work! they always have to match your region.

    Xbox One Games - State/Province Problem

    I am currently having this exact problem with trying to sign up for another 12 months of Gold. I visited commerce.microsoft.com and it says that my account is a CA - Personal Account. With CAD as my currency but I am unable to choose my Province as the only
    options in the State/Province drop down list are States only.

    There is also no option to choose your country. Makes signing up for Xbox LIVE Gold impossible unless you live in the U.S. or go out and buy a redeemable code. Inconvenience at it's best.
