No Prime Video or Vudu for 1-2 weeks

Vudu crashes at 'connecting'. Reinstalled a gazillion times, never works. Prime Video sometimes will log in and play for 30minutes or so....then tells me no band with when that's a lie. Then spins forever. Uninstall and reinstall sometimes works. Everything
streams fine on computer and phone. Cleared mac address, profile, hard reset, etc.

Can you watch movies on your android phone or is it pointless to purchase them when your only choice to watch it is on the One or 360 ?

All you need to do is connect your Microsoft account Movies Anywhere then you can watch your movies through Google Play, iTunes, Prime Video, FandangNow and Vudu. So which ever you prefer will work.

playback error .Cant find the content

I have problems with streaming on XBL Video app. Can't find the content. Status code: 807b1094. I have deleted/reloaded my profile, deleted/reloaded XBL video app., cleaned out content cache, tested and rebooted net and rebooted my XBox. This situation
does not happen with Vudu, Amazon Prime, Netflix or any other app. Just XBL video. Why the big problem with XBL streaming?

Hey WolverineRD,

If these issues are persisting even after multiple re-installations it would be good to complete a

Soft Factory Reset By doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.

Upon selecting "Reset console" be sure to choose "Reset and keep my games & apps."

Not Movies. It says specifically that the movie library is not available to the home console. Either way, it's a self defeating architecture. Why wouldn't two consoles in the same household be able to login with the same account? It's just an incentive
to use VUDU or Prime Video instead of Microsoft Movies.

To receive hdr on the epson 5040 navigate on the Xbox one s to settings>>>display and sound>>>video output>>>advanced video settings>>>and select the item "allow YCC 4:2:2" which should place a check in the block. This enables the proper chroma sub sampling
that enables hdr on the epson 5040. If you do not have this option you must update your Xbox one s to the latest version which is 10.0.15063.1003 which was released on 3/21/17. It works only with 4K blu ray and not through apps such as Vudu, Netflix and Amazon

Are there any plans to further update the firmware to be able to process streaming apps such as Vudu, Netflix and Amazon?
