No Preview Program Update.

Hi, Its been over a week since I got a friend to invite me to the preview program, How long does it take to be accepted and do you get a message if you dont get accepted? Its a bit confusing and frustrating... Thx

Preview Program no update?

Hi everyone,

Some of you have noticed that after registering your console via the Preview Dashboard you've remained in an 'EnrollPending' state for longer than 48 hours.

We've had an amazing response from new users excited to join the Preview program after the recent E3 announcements. While we strive to make sure that all consoles registered are enrolled within 48 hours, we've missed that goal on more than one occasion in
the past week. We sincerely apologize for the delay. We're catching up quickly, and expect to be enrolling consoles in less than 48 hours shortly.

If you have a console in an 'EnrollPending' state, you don't need to take any further action to ensure your console is enrolled in the program. We'll have you up and running on Preview updates as quickly as possible.

Preview Program no update?

I got a similar problem.. my status is enrolled (from 2 months) but i don't have the preview forum permission and i can't update so.. can someone give me the permissions?

 

Hi Barbus,

if you get selected (and being invited does not guarantee selection) you will receive a service message - but due to the current volume of applicants I can't give you a timescale as there is a backlog.

Also due to the volume of people wanting to get in its not possible to send messages to those who do not get selected.

So best advise is just to be patient and wait!
