No Preview Program forum access

Hi, I am part of the preview program, I have the app, the latest preview download and the app says I'm accepted but I don't have access to the Preview forum, it just says group not found.

Got the roles you needed, thanks for letting us know! You should now be able to see the forums you have access to in the
Xbox Early Access group.

 

Nevermind I've got it covered. There should be a way to edit or delete your post on here.

 

Okay maybe not. Is there a faster way to get helped? Twitter is taking for ever and here doesn't seem to be any faster and calling just referred me back to here and twitter. Can you understand my frustration? All I want is access to the Preview program forums
so I can give my feedback as per I was asked to do when I joined. *sigh*

 

okay after almost 13 hours Xbox Support on Twitter fixed my forum access. My apologies to the Mods on here. Please lock/delete this thread.
