No preview forum acess

Hello I am currently a member of the preview program and have already downloaded the app, however i do not have access to private preview forum and would like to have it granted. I am having an ongoing issue with updating the app and need to post within
the correct forum to get my issue resolved.

I Have the same problem, Xbox Chat Support told me post message in forums but I cant acess the preview program forums either

Can you access the preview support forum here

You should report your issue via the app on your console if you can.

Best thing to do is pm an official staff member & they can sort out access to the forum for you.

Why do people think that being in the previe program gets them EA Acess? To my knowledge the 2 are not mutually exclusive - EA Acess was never mentioned as a "feature" of the Update preview program...
