No preorder code for Nuketown on Black Ops 3!!!

I bought this game for my son in October as a Xmas present so he got the Nuketown code but it's not there. It was a waste me buying it so early when he didn't even get the code, I won't be preordering again if this isn't resolved.

Support will double check, but the preorder included a code for Nuketown which was on the original Black Ops, but I don't believe it actually came with code for Black Ops since it was not backwards compatible until several months after Black Ops 3 was released. So I've seen on commercials that if I preorder Black Ops 3, I'll get the Nuketown Bonus Map free. Does this include buying the game digitally or is it only the physical copy of the game?

Because it says on XBOX Live Store "Black Ops III: Pre-order Bonus" but there is nothing about Nuketown on the description.

Just to clarify, there were no codes for Nuketown sent out via Xbox Live message. If you purchased the disc version of Black Ops 3, it would come with a code for Nuketown. If you purchased the game digitally, Nuketown would not have come with a code, the
content would be available in-game. Thanks!
