No Preorder Bonus Codes Included in Physical Purchase of Halo 5

Just got back from my local Best Buy after waiting to pick up my physical copy of Halo 5. Open the case, no codes. Look at receipt, no codes. Look at email, no codes. Anyone else having this issue? I'm hoping that the codes will be emailed and they're just
slow getting out.

The preorder bonuses that you are looking for were included with the digital preorders only. As you cancelled your preorder, your account would no longer qualify for the bonuses and you won't be receiving them. If you were supposed to receive items with
your physical copy, you'll need to reach out the retailer the physical copy came from and inquire with them as we are unable to assist with that.

No Halo Wars DE code in Halo Was 2 Ultimate Edition (disc version)

Where did you purchase your copy of the game? The code for the Halo Wars Definitive Edition should have been included in your game case. If it was missing, you'll want to reach back out to the retailer you purchased your game from. We are unable to help
or replace physical codes, we assist with digital orders and promotions. Physical content, or content included with physical purchases, is handled by the retailer themselves.

Check the receipt for codes.

 

There should have been a card in your game with the code on it.

 

As I stated in the original post, there was no codes on the receipt and the only card in my game that had a code was the 14 day Xbox Live trial. I have yet to receive an email if that's how they are doing it.

 

You have to contact support for the e-mail. Either call support or set up a live chat and they will e-mail the codes after verifying your info. Relatively painless process, and only took about 3 minutes to be contacted through live chat. Good luck.

 

ok Ill tell you what Microsoft told me if you bought the game from someone beside them they are not responcible for no codes.You have to take it up with whoever you bought from,Gamestop is making me buy another copy of game when it get here they will take
codes out and give me a refund.but once you download the game they will not take that version back

 

Game stop has generic codes for pre-order dlc, I know this for a fact. They can pull up a code if it's not on your receipt, you just have to show them this is the case. It happened to me when one of the games I preordered apparently had a "game stop edition"
which had a ribbon across the top of the cover design which said "gamestop" I forget the game off hand. They told me everyone who preordered should of gotten this special edition and that codes would be inside the game case. I was made to go home and get my
receipt and copy of the game to show I had a regular edition, not the gamestop veesion, and that there was no code on my receipt. Once I came back with the requested items the manager came out, checked everything, then punched some stuff in the computer and
gave me a new code. Maybe you need to talk to another employee.

 

I bought my copy from Best Buy and it appears a lot of my friends who purchased it from there have no codes as well. There's hope they'll send out emails in the next day or so but I'm not holding out much hope anymore.

 

Amazon sends them in an email hope that is what your problem is.

 

So i bought the Collectors Edition of Halo 5 and not only did i not get any of my codes but i also got the wrong digital copy. So when i went to try to swamp the code for a physical copy they didn't want too. After a 2 hour phone conversation with a rep
and his supervisor, we resolved the problem. I got my physical copy BUT i still didn't get my extra DLC. So now i'm on the phone trying to figure it out with a rep. Let's see how this one goes

 

The physical swap was only for the statue bundle, and the console bundle.

 

I have the problem that I have my bonus installed but didn't get my items started to wish I got this from my local store I would have gotten the hunter armour...

 

I am having the same issue when I call the Microsoft store in the email receipt the woman had no clue what she was doing. She could not have been less helpful. Anyone know the best line to call?
