    Hello Poetic,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Where did you pre-order the game through? If the Microsoft store, you should get a code to either your Xbox live messages or in an email. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If from a third party, you will need to reach
    out to them. Also, check ready to install under manage game and make sure they not there to install.Most things i can find it says it will come by email.
