    Hi,

    I'm creating (again) a new support message because I still not received any of the bonus codes for the pre-order of Quantum Break.

    I've already created a conversation before :

    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    But I've still no code. No alanwake codes with DLC, and no Quantum Break W10 code.

    As I can see on this topic :

    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    All problems should have been resolved, but it is not my case.

    Please help, i'm boring of waiting these codes.

    I've pre-order Quantum Break on Xbox store the 08/03/2016 under order number :

    But, I don't received pre-order bonus.

    No Alan wake code

    No Quantum Break code for windows 10

    Nothing...yet (I hope).

    Hey Rookboom,

    Where did you purchase Quantum Break? In order to qualify for Quantum Break on Windows 10, you would have needed to pre-order through the Xbox Store or redeem a Quantum Break code before April 4th, 2016.

    If you got a code for Quantum Break on Xbox One and redeemed after April 4th, 2016, I'm afraid you do not qualify for this offer.
