I haven't recieved my quantum break pre order bonus codes for Alan Wake and Alan Wake American Nightmare

 

Quantum Break / Alan Wake Codes

I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

 

I pre-ordered Quantum Break and never received a code for Alan Wake American Nightmare as well.
