    Can somebody help me what to do on my xbox one as the console has no power when starting/turning on the power button?

    Hi

    If you have not already done so can you please follow the Xbox will not power on support page below. Once you have followed all of the guided steps if you do require a new power supply there is a section near the bottom of the page that will take you to
    correct location to order a replacement power supply.

    No Power

    Hi

    Please try removing the power cable from the wall outlet for a couple of minutes to allow the power brick to reset just incase the surge protector in it has activated.

    Hi

    Already done it earlier for more than a hour but when trying to re-opened it the power stayed for few seconds only then it turned off again.

    Not powering on...

    It happened again today. Same exact deal. The power brick light was white, by the way. Unplugged for 30 secs, powered up to the green Xbox One screen, and to the dashboard after about two minutes.
