    f the block Is not connected to the console it is yellow but as soon as I plug it in the console it turns white then yellow and then nothing in less then 3 secondes

    Hi

    If you have not already done so can you please follow the Xbox will not power on support page below. Once you have followed all of the guided steps if you do require a new power supply there is a section near the bottom of the page that will take you to
    correct location to order a replacement power supply.

    Not powering on...

    It happened again today. Same exact deal. The power brick light was white, by the way. Unplugged for 30 secs, powered up to the green Xbox One screen, and to the dashboard after about two minutes.
