    When I plug my brick in the outlet it turns orange then I plug in to Xbox one the light goes out and nothing works. I tried a new brick and other outlets in house with the same effect. Any help out there?

    Hi

    If you have not already done so can you please follow the Xbox will not power on support page below. Once you have followed all of the guided steps if you do require a new power supply there is a section near the bottom of the page that will take you to
    correct location to order a replacement power supply.

    Not powering on...

    It happened again today. Same exact deal. The power brick light was white, by the way. Unplugged for 30 secs, powered up to the green Xbox One screen, and to the dashboard after about two minutes.
