    No power to power brick


    I have had my Xbox One for less than three months and my power brick is dead, did the trouble shooting then called support, and was told I would be getting a return slip via email, free of charge. No email was ever sent at least not one with any return slip,
    rinse and repeat that 3 times and I call support instead of chat whereupon I am put on hold for 40 minutes then hung up on when I ask for a supervisor after being told I should buy a new power supply for $50. Thank you Microsoft, you have lost a customer and
    what was a lifelong supporter.

    If your old brick still works try a hard rest of your console before plugging in the new power brick. If not try the power brick on another console if possible.
