No power supply, going to miss titanfall

Go on amazon and order a third party power supply for around $20 and use it until you get your official one back. Then either return the third party one or trade it in to Gamestop. It's what I had to do when my power supply died right before Titanfall came
out.

You wouldn't really change the voltage of the power supply. I think Miss Bijoux was suggesting that your issues may be related to using a power supply that is different than one that would come with an Xbox in your region (Hong Kong). If that is the case
you must buy a new Power Supply. I would recommend following Miss Bijoux's link for phone support to ensure you have the correct one shipped to you.

If you got the approval from your misses, I would just say it’s the console and buy an X haha.

Did you try to plug it into a different outlet/socket?

I would say it’s the power supply because the light shouldn’t be going out on it. If it keeps shutting down when it goes to power the console I’d say just replace the power supply but keep the receipt just in case it’s not the issue.

Check your power supply cables

Turn off your console. Unplug the power supply from your console, and remove the power cord from the outlet and the other end of the power supply. Reattach the cables, making sure everything is plugged in nice and snug. Turn your console back on.
