    No power reward


    I went thru all the power bingos and the game said I would be rewarded 100 keys when the community goal was reached. Well the goal was reached and I got absolutely nothing. I am uninstalling this POS game.

    Power Bingo = No reward?!

    Have yet to receive a single reward for all of my power bingos. What is the point of the community card if we don't get the prize we have earned.

    No reward for power bingo.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled microsoft bingo. I had made 5 power bingos by last night and when I got on this morning team goal was reached and restarted but I did not get my 5 keys. This is 50 keys so far that I have not received.

    Who did you talk to because I would love to have someone talk to because Every time I click on Social it will NOT let me get in to send or get my key or power up so I need someone that will respond to me...............

    Hey Aaron,

    try following steps:

    Uninstall the Rewards App

    Power cycle the console. Means switch it off by pressing and holding the power button at the console for 10 seconds. Then disconnect the console from power supply for 5 minutes.

    Start the console and install the App.

    If that doesn't help, you have to contact the Rewards support. You'll find the link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

    Hey Fiddler2788! Which card did you achieve this with? You may want to try logging out of the account through the Xbox app and then singing back in to see if that updates your key total. If that does not work a reinstall of the app
    would be the next step. Post back and let us know how it goes!
