No Power Bingo keys

Discus and support No Power Bingo keys in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was eligible to get the 100 keys for France Power Bingo. Goal was reached and I got nothing.     No Power Bingo keys


    I was eligible to get the 100 keys for France Power Bingo. Goal was reached and I got nothing. Also frequently get the cannot connect to server message.

    Earned 40 & 100 keys and was not paid when community goal was reached.

    Playing Bingo and earned 40 keys on one power card and 100 keys on another power card. When the community goals were reached, Bingo did not pay the keys. I've been shorted 140 keys.

    never get my power keys

    I always play the power bingo cards and many many times have qualified for the power bingo keys, but they have never shown up. How come? Also watching ads for power coins and for keys has also never worked.

    Please at least tell us you are working on this.

    Still don't get any community bingo credit after a power bingo so I can't earn keys.

    power card rewards not received &very buggy

    I have yet to receive my 100 keys from the power bingo yesterday. April 6th 2014.

    I am having same issues; especially with the power bingos. Can't get keys to unlock luggage; to get power ups.

    When are they going to fix this?

    Power Bingo keys not awarded.

    Hey there Darryl!

    If you haven't yet, be sure to check out your "Social" tab on the Bingo main screen. Scroll down slightly from the destination selection area and click on the "Social" box. Once you do that, you should have an option to claim any community
    rewards from that screen.

    New Bingo Layout

    I am having the same problems. I will make a bingo and not get any luggage to open. I also miss not being able to track how many keys I have earned by making power bingos. It makes the games much less enjoyable.
