    After spending $40 on the Super saver sale I did not receive the 4000 points. I purchased Witcher the complete edition $9.99 and the resident evil bundle with 2&3 $31.99.

    #1 I did hit the tab in the rewards app to direct me to the sale.

    #2 I have tried to hit the secondary tab meant to redeem the points after you purchase $40 from the sale.

    Nothing works. Where’s my points?!!!!!

    If you're referring to Microsoft Rewards points, you would want to check the gift card you're wanting to redeem and it will show you how many points you need. https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/all
    The points themselves do not have a monetary value.

    You'll have to wait until the new subscription starts on 4/6. The points should show as pending up to 96 hours after that. Then they will be added to your account around May 15.
