No points given

Have I haven't been receiving points for purchases made or achievements on Xbox live. In addition my VIP score has dropped. I've also noticed that my G-points are different online and on my Xbox I have two different scores? I use the same email and my login
is the same I've missed out on cash in because I haven't been getting points.

I purchased an item for 5,000 points in the vault and never reviewed any sort of confirmation or anything, but the points were still taken. Ticket number 1429594765. Email is [Personal Information Removed]

 

We are not rewarded for achievements unless there is a specific promotion running which has us earning them on specific titles. Subsequently, on January 1st, 2017 MyVip was reset for its annual reset. MyVip runs from January 1st to December 31st and the
amount of spending during that time dictates your following year star level. As for the scores, I think you may be referring to the area which stats your achievements on the reward website. That portion only updates once per month so it is often out of sync
with what you see on your Xbox .
