No points from pre-order

I pre-ordered Mass Effect: Andromeda but it is not showing up on the Pre-order Punchcard. I have looked at the FAQ and it should qualify for this offer. Thanks

The only offer that award Credits for a single pre-order would be the Simply Rewarding offer. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity, so if you have made a purchase within the last few days, it is too early for us
to see that information.

It depends on which offer you're looking for credits from.

There is the "Simply Rewarding" offer which should award 6,000 credits after you make $60 worth of purchases this month. As long as you opted into that offer, the credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you completed your purchase.

Otherwise, there is the games on demand punchcard offer. If the game is eligible for that offer, you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive credits.

 

If the top of the promotion (showing the 1-2-3 = 15,000) does not have a "punch" or green mark in it AND it has been over 96 hours then the staff will have to review. However, keep in mind that you will not receive points just for pre-ordering that title.
You must complete the offer (purchasing 3 digital titles) in order to receive the 15,000 reward points. The purchases must all take place during the offer period (01/01/17 to 03/31/17), be digital, and be a "pre-order".

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically takes 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends.

As Murphs says, your punch for this purchase is displayed on 1 - 2 - 3 punchcard at the top of the page. The body of the page is just for displaying purchases of normal editions of games.
