No points for Pre-order if Titanfall 2

I per-ordered Titanfall 2 in October and have not recieved the 15000 points reward posted in my missions. Please tell me how I can rectify this situation.

Rewards with digital pre-orders

Hi!

I pre-order Titanfall 2 (which is the list of Pre-order Punchcard) but I did not receive any points rewards :C

I Was not eligible for that reward? I ordered in Oct 4th.

Rewards Not ADDED

I just received an email stating that I would get 15,000 points for every pre-order game that I purchased on demand games I purchase and pre-order Titanfall 2 and did not receive my 15000 points. Also I have a 11500. Over my lifetime Xbox Rewards live program
that I do not know how to redeem

Did you preorder a physical disc from microsoftstore.com or digitally from Xbox? Digital orders are not eligible for that offer.

If you did preorder a physical disc, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check on your credits.

Well I did not see anything about not being able to collect on digital content. Oh well guess I wont be participating in the rewards program anymore. Or pre-ordering or for that matter nor buying anymore games for xboxs. I believe it is time to change consoles
or playing habits. I think I will cancel my up coming Gold membership. Hope the bait an switch was worth it. You produce crap form controllers that break and cannot be charged to the Kinect which at this point is a useless piece of plastic sitting in my living
room. Oh by the way your customer service is disappointing to say the least and a bit waste of time.

The offer specifically states that you have to preorder from microsoftstore.com so it's not a bait and switch tactic.
