No Points Deposited

So here it is, 10 months since I last complained to Xbox staff about not receiving my balance of reward points. There was that glimmer in the past when I complained 10 months ago and the next month actually (I KNOW, RIGHT??!!) got my reward balance deposited
into my account. Those points have since been used, probably on horrible Rock Band song downloads that only I would buy. Time has passed and I again have a problem with my reward points depositing into my account. Maybe my inability to actually update my information
is simply a user error, or perhaps it is a technical error, or perhaps it is the universe's way of not letting me purchase any more bad Rock Band song downloads. I'm really hoping it is the second reason, and Xbox Rewards gurus can fix it. Otherwise, I will
be stuck strumming a plastic guitar to "Margaritaville".

There's no way to get your points deposited any faster. You'll have to wait until you earn 100 points and they are deposited then.

Can't Request Deposit of Points

I currently have over 10,000 points that I would like deposited into my account. The points weren't deposited on the 30th as they regularly are and I have no option to request a deposit.

it only deposits when you have accumulated 5000 rewards points

Still no answer, and still no deposit. I have over 30,000 points, dhsaman, so that doesn't explain anything. My information says it needs "updating", it does not. Everything is current, as I have tripe-checked it 23875985793485798437593475943 times now.

18 months without a deposit and over 90,000 points backed up for me.

MS customer service is pathetic.

Points are only deposited twice monthly, around the 15th and 30th. Typically if the points are pending between the 1st and 15th they're deposited at the end of the month (around the 30th) and if the points are pending between the 16th and 30th they are deposited
around the 15th of the next month.

Unfortunately those are the only times points are deposited.

Xbox LIVE Rewards Points equal to or greater than 100 will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account each month. It may take up to 30 days for the points you earn to be deposited into your account. If your points total is less than 100,
the points will be held as pending until 100 total points are reached and deposited into your account.

Pending points are usually deposited around the 15th and 30th of each month. Your points might just be pending until the next deposit date.

I have checked my billing points history and found no deposits of 400 points or multiple deposits that equal up to 400 points.

The only time we are able to request a manual deposit is when you have between 1,000 and 4,999 points. At that time you can activate the manual deposit request and the deposit is processed on the next deposit date (it is not immediate). If you have over
5,000 points then they are typically automatically deposited to you account on the next deposit date.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
