No points deposited for 2 pre-orders?

Hello all, just posting an inquiry here about some pre-orders I made recently. I pre-ordered Darksiders Warmastered and Final Fantasy XV via the Microsoft Store. As per the Xbox Live Rewards promotion, every pre-order (up to 3 games per year) for a physical
game from the Microsoft Store should grant 15,000 Rewards Credits.

My games have shipped already, with Darksiders shipping over 2 weeks ago and Final Fantasy over a week ago, yet I do not have any points pending, despite other promotions that I took part in later, posting points earlier. As of right now, I should be getting
back 30,000 rewards points, but I have not received anything. Can anyone provide assistance in crediting the points to my account? Thank you in advance for your help!

Small Edit: My email associated with the XBL Rewards account is the same used to make the purchases on the MicrosoftStore.com site.

Rewards are not being deposited into my account

hi my rewards points are not being deposited into my Xbox account I have almost ten thousand points and they don't ever get deposited and also the mission for pre ordering 3 games where you get 15000 points well I pre ordered call of duty Sims 4 and assassins
creed and the only 2 that counted was Sims 4 and assassins creed it never counted call of duty as a pre order even tho I pre ordered it as soon as it was available.

In reply to your query the offer was for using a pre-paid card and i used a pre-paid 12 month gold card for the offer.

I have checked my billing and my emails and no points have been deposited or sent.

 

Support will double check them, but the credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the games ship.

 

Yeah that's what I figured, but Darksiders shipped over 13 business days ago, and Final Fantasy over 8, but neither has pending points. I received points for other promotions, but not for this one.

It looks like your purchase of Darksiders was not tracked correctly. We are reaching out to our MicrosoftStore.com contacts to investigate why this occurred, but in the meanwhile we will adjust your account for that offer. We do not currently foresee any
issues properly tracking physical purchases of Final Fantasy XV at this time. As mentioned, Credits take up to 15 days past shipping to appear as pending. You should see the Credits for your Darksiders purchase pending by the end of next week.
