    Matthew, this is the second thread you've bumped with your own issues - this one is over a half-year old.

    Could you please make your own thread detailing all the issues you are having? We will then be able to assist you better.

    First, please be aware that it may take some time to get the fix you are looking for, especially when the official support is technically off on weekends.

    My suggestion to you while you are attempting to resolve the issue is to pick up a MS point card from a local retail store to make your purchase with.

    As for the error you are receiving, could you provide the error code so that somebody here may be better informed and able to help resolve this.
