NO Pins!

error message - Your pins aren't available. WTF?

Pins busted

On the l latest update my pins no longer work. I can no longer add or remove pins from any point in the UI.

I did a hard reset, removed and added my profile, even reset the system. Still no pins and unable to add or remove them.

I switch to my kids profile and the pins work perfectly!

No more pins?!

I have posted in xbox.uservoice.com but this is outrageous. Why was that feature taken away? Do you have any idea how many indie games I have bought because of this? Those small developers should be furious, when a game comes out that I think looks interesting
pinning it was my way of saving that interest until I could afford it. Without the pin I forget about them. There's so much content that comes out that it's impossible to keep up with everything. The pin function must come back to the xbox store.

 

Have the same thing.. The only thing that come up is the home sreen and nothing else ... xbox please fix

I have had the same problem. Its been going on for about a week. I am connected to xbox live and playing games online with friend but it says my pins aren't there.

 

Hold the white Xbox power button for 10 seconds and turn back on.

 

That worked for 2 days for me then the issue came back. I have 3 xbox ones's and it keeps happening on only one of them.

 

Try and hold power button down each time this happens.

i notice this happens when there is a new update on its way

 

Same issue and having to cold boot to cure it isn't a permanent solution. The console is designed to fast boot so problem should not be happening.

 

I am having the same issue ever since the last update. A hard reset will fix it for a few days but like was mentioned above the console is supposed to have a fast boot. I should not have to do a hard reset to get it to work.

 

Yup, happening here too. A reset didn't help me. One time it only had three pins up and that was it.

 

I don't have them either. None of the games, movies or music show up either. This is ridiculous

 

I'm having the same problem, but a hard reset does not resolve.

 

Ive done all resets and still nothing told me to go to status page which did nothing been going on for at least 2 weeks
