    No Pins or Store on my Home Screen and no access to them


    I am currently part of the Xbox One Update Preview, since 14th March (UK time) I have not had access to my pins or the store from my home screen. They keep timing out and coming up with 'Having trouble connecting? It may be a problem on our side. we are
    working on it'.

    I can access my profile and have internet connectivity and pass the multiplayer test

    Version 6.2.10689.0 (xb_rel_1403.140301-2200) fire

    I have no access to the Xbox One Update Preview Forum either....

    Cannot access Home, Friends and Store...

    Hey everyone, I am unable to access my home , Friends or Store pages. Only thing available are my pins. The Pins tab is white and the other three are light grey. When I try to move over to the Home screen it reverts to the Pins page automatically. Anyone
    know a fix for this? Thanks !

    Xbox One dash main page ONLY running slow, this normal?

    When kinect signs me in to main home page, if I go left or right tabs( to access my pins or store) its seems like there is frame rate drop. When I click on my games and apps or when i click on store there is no frame rate drop when moving left or right.
    This only happens on main home page. This normal? thank you

    I am having the same problem, and have been for 3 or 4 days now. I'm not sure what the problem is.

    i have had the same message now now for 2 days (your pins aren't available) sorry about that. they will be back soon. There is also another message i have gotten also (Having trouble connecting?) it might be a problem on our side. We are working on it. i
    can playing my game but can't get into the xbox store.

    Unplugging the console and letting it boot up from scratch fixed this problem for me. Hope it helps

    Thanks Richard871, that sorted it. The Xbox didn't close down properly so I had to give it a 3 pin reset in the end. All working again now.

    Thank you for posting about this and bringing it to our attention! I'm happy to inform you that we're definitely looking into this, so please continue to check back for updates!

    For now, the best steps to try would be to Power Cycle Your Xbox One Console (as others have suggested).

    Unplugging the console and letting it boot up from scratch fixed this problem for me. Hope it helps
