no pins or menus

for three days I haven't been able to get to my pins or any other menus on my dashboard all I can see is the home section im connected to live I can stream and play still... all connections are made its saying that multiplayer and all other connection issues
are fine its not on my end was wondering if Microsoft is having an issue or if Its a problem with my console its self.. this is very frustrating considering I cant access the store or anything to buy or download new apps and games

Newb question about X1 Dashboard

If you hit the menu button (or whatever it's called) over a pin, it will give you the option to move the pin to the front. That's how you put things in order.

 

Pins busted

On the l latest update my pins no longer work. I can no longer add or remove pins from any point in the UI.

I did a hard reset, removed and added my profile, even reset the system. Still no pins and unable to add or remove them.

I switch to my kids profile and the pins work perfectly!

I've been getting the same thing since Friday

 

I've been having the same issue since Titanfall was released I came here wondering if there was a fix; but I guess not.

 

Same issue here since Thursday 03/13.

 

Happened to me too, i unplugged the xbox and rebooted my modem for a few min. That fixed it for me..

 

This is becoming a tedious operation. Every time an update comes down, we lose functions. Last time, it was "on / off" voice commands with Kenetic 2.0.

Microsoft...Test your patches BEFORE you release them.

 

quite agree was looking to buy titanfall season pass but i am now going to settle for netflix and a bottle of jack was fine 22/3/14 but i have turned it on to play and have a disheartening dash ??? no store no pins and no help in support to help solve the
issue as yet well il leave it on and hope you can sus the issue patch ect

 

Same problem here. My xbox 1 pins wont work it says like pins aren't avible and no store either. But your can access store by saying "Xbox go to store" But i recommend not buying anything till problem is full solved because don't wanna buy something and
it wont work.

 

I've had the same thing going on almost 2 weeks now.

 

Ok just fixed mine. Turn off xbox and unplug. Then reset modem and plug in the xbox. Problem solved.

 

As of 4/1/14 I have had the same problem but, unfortunately have not been able to fix this with a hard reset.

Is there any admin support for this issue yet?!!

Apparently its been going on for quite a while and I'm shocked that MS has yet to post anything related to this. All I can find are threads posted by other users with the same issues.

 

Power cycling the xbox is the solution I will offer here, I have given the same advice countless times and It has solved the problem every time. While the console is on press and hold the power button on the face of the console for 6-8 seconds or until it
shuts down. When you reboot you will see the green splash screen with the xbox logo. It will take a bit longer to load than normal but that is perfectly normal. Your pins and store areas should be restored. hope this helps. F.Y.I. you don't have to unplug
the xbox in order to cycle it just try the method I have mentioned above. Good luck
