    hi, my XboxOne has suddenly stopped showing any video/games or any picture.. can hear sound and when say 'xbox' i can hear it respond throug kinect but no picture... can you help..can it be re set

    If you're not getting to a sync'ed controller state, then the 360 isn't finishing booting. Make sure the AV cable's secure in the back of the console.

    Hi,

    What cables are you using? If your using HDMI try Component or the other way around if using Component, try HDMI. See if both display No Signal on your TV.

    If this continues regardless of what cables you use (and since you've tried another TV already) I would say it's something with the console that's causing this, and if that was the case I would get the
    console repaired.

    You might want to do a hard reset on the console, and then try to reset the video settings by placing your finger on the bind button, the eject button, and then the power button or 10 seconds.

    Gamer pic?

    It may also be that you have different pictures set to gamer picture and personal picture. I believe it is your gamer picture that displays on Xbox.com rather than your personal picture.
