Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues accessing Xbox live multiplayer. We recommend to check your subscription status. On the console go to settings>account>subscriptions. If the gold subscription shows active try a

power cycle on the console. We recommend also to check the
enforcement site. If you have a suspension it can also block access.

It just says your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature

Every time I try to play with the online features it says that my gamer profile has no permission to access online features, Help please!!!!!
