    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on app. The file explore was discontinued on the Xbox console. This is why you are unable to access items.

    File Explorer Packages

    File explorer was removed in an update a while ago so you shouldn't have access to that anymore. Also, the Xbox version of Minecraft does not support mods so that would be a violation of the code of conduct/terms of service.

    Thanks that did fix everything but left me with a small issue. All my save files are gone it doesnt seem to be finding any of my cloud saves. When I look at storage in the settings it doesnt even show cloud as a storage option.

    How is Microsoft allowed to remove core functionality from a product I paid for and without the option to rollback and still be able to play online?

    The file explorer app was not a Microsoft product and violated TOS
    Do you refer to the file explorer with the package name c5e2524a-ea46-4f67-841f-6a9465d9d515_cw5n1h2txyewy ?

    Because this package is the built in file explorer on all non desktop windows devices. So I am pretty sure it can’t violate TOS. Also as long as you use the public (in ms store whitelisted APIs) to build a third party file explorer you are good to go.

    I want to know why you can't get Minecraft custom skins on Xbox One. Especially for free. 'Cause I REALLY want one. We almost followed all of the instructions, but now you guys no longer support the app called My Files Explorer. So we just open it a
    different way. And then, when it was finished extracting, we had to open the Isolated Storage file and have packages, but it wasn't there because you're just trying to block us. We didn't even stand a chance to create a file of Packages...

    YOU BLOCKED US! YOU LIED TO THE WHOLE WORLD!!! YOU JUST WANT TO TAKE ALL OF OUR FRICKIN' MONEY!!!!!!!

    PLEASE, you have to support the custom skins that we found on Microsoft Edge.
