No Overwatch beta key after pre-purchase.

Appreciate the reply and it likely does answer my question, however, there are a few issues. I paid for the "pre-order bundle" it did state that it would provide access 48 hours ahead of the normal open beta, but did not indicate that the deadline was April
29th (I had read that elsewhere). Since that is really the only benefit of that bundle, I'd thought it would still work regardless of not purchasing until May 1st. It shouldn't really have been offered at that point if that wasn't part of what you receive.

Figuring I'm limited to the open beta starting the 5th now. Is there a way to change my purchase to the normal addition. I'm not interested in the Widowmaker skin, and no other perks will apply to my PC Blizzard games.

First and foremost please don't put personal information in the forums. With your question, when did you purchase Overwatch? Some codes for friends are still going out in waves. Check your Xbox system messages to see if you've received it yet. If you didn't
purchase on or before the 29th you won't have early access to the beta, and will have to wait until open beta starts in a few days.

https://store.xbox.com search for Overwatch, and Overwatch Beta should appear. This is what you would install for Early access provided you purchased on or before the 29th of April/

Just read some of the responses on Overwatch beta questions. I have searched at the store and still don't see "Overwatch Beta" in the results. I just see 3 items, the pre-order bundle, the normal version and the "skin" bonus thing.

Please provide a different answer than what I saw on other posts (unless you triggered something and my search changes). Cheers!

Overwatch does NOT come with 2 codes unless you buy from a retailer. I'm in the early access. If you purchased on or before the 29th your account is flagged for the download. See the link I posted with info on the beta. You only get 1 key which is your
friend key from Xbox IF you purchased on your console or online from Xbox. If you bought it from a retailer check with them for where your codes are.

A. If you previously pre-purchased or preordered Overwatch at a participating retailer, contact your store to find out how to receive your early access keys.

A. If you digitally pre-purchased Overwatch from the PlayStation Store or the Xbox Store, your PSN or XBL account will be automatically flagged for early access. Your friend's early access key will be distributed to you on or before May 2.
