    There are no other payments other than credit and debit cards. I wanna use paypal for purchasing, it is a lot easier and time saving. I can't add my visa debit card as it doesn't have international transactions enabled,

    There's no other payment method available. Maybe because of my region (India). The only option is to pay via debit/credit cards.

    By wallet, do you mean your Microsoft account balance?

    If so, you need to have other payment method to subscribe to any service.

    You cannot start a subscription without having a valid credit card or PayPal account (with credit or debit card) as a backup payment method.

    I cannot purchase any games or apps from windows store on xbox as it asks for Visa and other international cards..there is no option for local debit cards

    Is there any way to purchase using the local card
    India region accepts debit and credit cards issued in India.

    Paypal not listed as an option to pay the remainder of the purchase.

    You have to choose, PayPal or Credit/Debit card as primary method of payment, then you will get the option to split payment between MSC and PayPal and Credit/Debit card.
