No order confirmation on an Xbox designlab controller

It's been over a week and i've to receive an order confirmation.

The money got withdrawn from my bank account, iv'e contacted them but they cant really do anything.

Xbox support is basically useless as it always ends up asking for an order number which i don't have.

With almost no info about the order, what can i do?

Ive actually ended up getting my money back because of an automated system, ordered again and got a confirmation instantly.

If it does not arrive, you will need to try to explain the situation to your bank or financial institution. Not sure how the law applies on the Netherlands or Germany though. But even if you authorized the charge, if you did not receive the product you should be able to dispute the charge. Not fair to you, in my opinion.

I think that's the only option right now, my friend. Since your bank said they cannot dispute the charge and Xbox support cannot help because you do not have the order number.

I'm sorry that as a fellow gamer I cannot help you even more with this situation.

If the payment was processed, the order was placed and it will be completed and delivered. If you did not receive a confirmation email and the order is not showing on your Microsoft account order history, you were signed in on the DesignLab website with another account, my friend.

Have you paid for the order using your credit card or PayPal?

And was the order properly completed when you tried to pay/complete it or did it show you any error?
