No option to "Sign in with Microsoft" on our Switch

May I know if maybe the Switch have parental controls or similar enabled directly on the console or the account used?

Some game features can be restricted if the console or the account itself have restrictions

Please double check this and let me know.

And just to confirm, reinstalling the game doesn't work?

I apologize but there is no option on our end to validate. We just need to check all of our Microsoft accounts by signing in to the Minecraft launcher.

When you go to switch accounts, you are also given the option to sign out of an account. Make sure they sign out of your account when they switch.
