No option to play game when disc is inserted

En todo caso puedes reproducir el juego mediante ´´Mis juegos`` Y debería iniciarse sin problemas, pero en caso de que el juego no este instalado en la consola y no te de ninguna posibilidad de instalarlo debes ponerte en contacto con el soporte.

Could it be possible there's something stuck in your console's disc drive that could be prohibiting it from reading your game discs? You'd probably wanna get that looked at if that's a possibility, but don't quote me on it, try a DVD/Blu-Ray or a CD and
see if the console reads that first. If it does, the could be a UI issue. Check for any console updates in your settings, and download those if any are available to see if that remedies the issue.

Also, put the disc for the game in and then find that game in your game library manually and try clicking on it to see if it starts the game. That may work, and could just be a temporary UI bug of some sort.

After Microsoft changed their "always-online" policy back in June, the option to play games without the disc was disabled. You will need to insert a disc to play disc based games. Sorry about that.

Holding the disc is the ONLY WAY the console plays any disc, if I insert it normally sends a message saying that is not a game disc. When I insert a music CD it is normal, when I insert a DVD it is normal, I got to do the holding thing only for games.
