No Option to lauch game disc or install

Sorry to see any disc reading issues! Our first suggestion is to make sure the disc is clean and without any cracks. If you've done that already, then we suggest taking the disc back to a retailer for a replacement disc. If that doesn't work, give another
disc type a try. For example, if you are using an Xbox One disc, try out a
Back Compat Xbox 360 game disc if you have one. If you don't, you can also try a basic DVD movie disc to see if that plays. This will test out if your console is having an issue with reading Blu-ray discs (what Xbox One games are on) or all discs.

Ultimately, if your console isn't reading specifically Xbox One or Blu-ray discs at all, you will want to set it up for a repair through our
Devices support page. If you run into any issues with that, be sure to
contact us via phone or support so that they can help you through the repair process.

No, I installed it from the disc, and after it went on Game Pass, it automatically lauched from there.

I believe you may have it backwards. Putting in the first disc and playing it prompted you to install the 2nd disc... thus there would have been no option to install disc 1. However this is also not true. You can simply use the "Game Options" dialog on the
dashboard. I'm not sure which button (I think it's X) but highlighting the game disc icon with the disc in the tray, while on the dashboard and hitting X (or w/e button gives you the game options feature) will open up the game options feature, where there
will be the option to install the game to your HDD.



I have both discs installed. However, I was aware that disc 1 prompted you to install disc 2 when you started playing, so I installed disc 1 and waited for it to prompt me before installing disc 2. I always install to the HDD. Easier on the console that
way and quieter too.

When I go to MP to lauch the content from their , the involved option is dimmed

Hey Venne420! Unfortunately since it was repaired by a third party, we might not be able to say for sure why it may not be reading that disc. Have you tried another disc to see if it was an issue with the disc itself? Thanks!
