No online servers found Forza Horizon 4 Xbox series x

Hi. Last ditch effort before I give up on the Forza franchise entirely. I upgraded to the series x 2 weeks ago, and since upgrading I have not been able to get FORZA horizon 4 to find any online servers. I am consistently getting the following error.

Unable to connect to live configuration servers. For support contact support.forzamotorsport.net.

So I contacted support and they told me server connections were a live issue and not thier problem. I have a consistently open nat on a wired high speed internet connection. The only games I have any online issues with are this one and Cod Cold War.

I am at a loss, the only information I can find about this issue all pertain to pc players, I cannot find any Xbox players having this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I have loaded my profile on my old Xbox, on the same wired connection
and am able to play no problem.

I've been playing Forza since motorsport 2, its literally the first game I bought when I purchased my 360. I don't want to just give up but I am out of options.
