No one seems to care at Xbox…..

I don’t know what happened but the dedication to these updates and the Xbox brand from the Xbox team has been on a steep decline these past 3-4 years. Constantly getting preview updates that never have anything significantly new or fresh to test. Mainly just bugs added that weren’t there before. Repeated bugs like broken voice chat, nothing new and big to actually test.

I’ve been in the program since it first began on Xbox 360. Preview changes there were huge, but nowadays we often get a update every few days that literally adds nothing and breaks 8 things. That then requires even more updates to fix. I know I’m in a alpha stage, but these are things that should be caught in the pre alpha.

We don’t even have built in on system streaming, that is left up to a 2014 twitch app that is laughably bad. The built in streaming we did have wasn’t used much because no one wanted beam or mixer. People want proper in system YouTube and Twitch streaming.

Then we got Xbox outside the program releasing PS5 timed exclusives like deathloop and releasing games like psychonauts 2 on there competitions system. On top of that releasing a unfinished Halo with NO Coop!?!? And that was already delayed a year!

I love Xbox, but It’s truly sad seeing it drove into the ground like this. The focus is too much on game pass and less on quality of the games.
